Before getting into the four decision making questions, we should take a look at the way you look at life and handle yourself.
Everything you are experiencing today is the result of a decision you have made in the past. You have control over three things in life:
- The thoughts you think
- The images you visualize
- The actions you take
If you do not like what you are experiencing then you have to change one or all of these to create lasting change in your life.
Where are you focusing your attention and what emotions are driving you?
Change the negative thoughts to positive and here are some good questions to ask yourself.
- What do I daydream about?
- What are my habits?
- What do I read and watch?
- Who are my friends?
- How do I talk? Internally and to others
Most of us have heard the definition of insanity:
When you do the the same thing over and over expecting a different result!
Here is another great piece of advice.
Give up complaining.
In order to complain about something or someone, you must believe that something better exists. All you have is a reference point for something that you would prefer but are not willing to take responsibility for creating.
When you stop blaming the circumstances and others, you really free yourself. It puts you in total control.
You are 100% responsible for your life.
I know there are some things that you may not be in control of but it is still how you react that creates the final outcome.
When making a decision ask these four questions.
- Do I want to be,do, or have this?
- Will doing this move me toward my goal?
- Is it in harmony with the universe/ God.
- Will it violate the rights of others.
